BA Conntinuum is looking for candidates with exceptional communication skills for voice process. Candidates with prior experience in collections/ customer service will be preferred. 

Team Member - Collections 

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university preferably with Commerce stream.
• OR
• 12 years of education and mandatory 3 years of Diploma or
• 1 years of relevant work experience past last qualification OR
• 10 years of Education and mandatory
• 3 years of Diploma and 1 year of relevant work experience post last qualification.

Skill Set

• Excellent verbal communication
• Typing speed of 30 words per minute with 95% accuracy
